Symphony Services applied advanced global product engineering capabilities within its Product Line Management offering and assumed full responsibility for all products and services to transform Spend Management Solutions into the successful software-as-a-service (SaaS) organization that it is today.

Spend Management Solutions' proprietary software and services are focused on the complex telecom expense management needs of customers across many vertical markets, including telecommunications, consumer goods and hospitality. Alan Harlan is President of Spend Management Solutions and Vice President of Symphony Services heading the Product Line Management group.
