Job Description

• The Program Director will be responsible for overseeing the operations of one or more of our development centers.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to a team of managers and engineers in all areas of the software development life cycle.
• Provide technical leadership in enterprise software development.
• Balance the workload of the engineering team.
• Deliver high-quality products under demanding schedules.
• Assess the workload requirements, and recruit personnel accordingly.
• Meet customer requirements in terms of cost and quality of program deliverables.
• Manage contract preparation, preparation and management of scope, delivery infrastructure, and delivery team.
• Identify new business opportunities, and support pre-sales and subsequent bid management. Realize revenue growth for the account.

Experience required

• A minimum of 8 years� professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in leading large enterprise software development projects.
• At least 1 year of experience in managing large offshore development teams.
• At least 5 years of experience in enterprise application integration.
• Extensive exposure to customer interaction and relationship management.
• Bachelor's Degree.
