Job Description:
Design and direct technical approach of software department in developing complex object oriented telecom spend management solutions, with specific focus on invoice management and core platform capabilities; Develop, implement, and maintain server, application, and database systems and author architecture, concept, and design documents to integrate spend management solutions; Resolve complex engineering problems applying principles of computer science, engineering and mathematics; Code and design complex database systems and determine design strategy including selection and integration of third party tools for product framework. Analyze and re-architect existing software products to a common architecture; Provide technical guidance, direction, and mentoring for international staff of off shore developers; Serve as consultant to managers and customers; Apply experience in model driven architecture methods, C, C++ and Java application development, UML modeling, RDBMS, and software development and design experience with external audit and invoice and call processing telecom spend management solutions.

Minimum Requirements:
Master’s Degree or the equivalent in Computer science, Engineering or related field plus 3 years of experience in the job offered, as software developer or software engineer or related.

Special Requirements:
Experience which may be gained concurrently to include:

• 3 years experience in systems integration architecture using C, C++, Java and Open Source Model Driven Architecture Techniques
• 3 years of experience developing invoice management and call processing telecom/IT asset management software
• 3 years experience managing packaged software product development
