Responsibilities

• *nix or Windows System Administration; including but not limited to mail applications, databases and web server.
• Working Directly with Customers during Staging, Installation, Trouble shooting, Testing

Requirements Essential

• 6+ years of IT experience.
• 3+ years of performance testing experience.
• Excellent understanding of MS Exchange, Windows server, Active Directory, and clustering solutions.
• Experience with backup and replication
• Familiarity with RAID, SAN and NAS storage solutions
• The ability to analyze, and tune networking, storage and server problems
• Experience using performance analysis tools such as Performance Monitor, Vtune and Pure Quantify, and understanding of performance analysis methodologies such as time-based and frequency-based profiling.
• Strong technical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create and present summary performance reports using word, excel and powerpoint.
• Bachelor�s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
