Job Description:

• Analyze and review requirements from product specifications
• Design scalable and high-performance components
• Participate in design and architectural reviews
• Create tasks from the design and provide accurate estimates
• Develop high quality code using best practices
• Provide code reviews and participate in code reviews of team member’s code
• Provide timely fixes for defects and communicate with QA for timely resolution of defects
• Follow all the engineering processes

• In-depth knowledge of VC++/ C++, MFC, ISAPI, Win32
• In-depth knowledge of ASP.NET web application development (ASP.NET C# only no VB.NET)
• In-depth knowledge of SQL Server Database 
• Expertise in designing and developing non-trivial products and projects (minimum 12 months duration for projects)
• Good understanding of web technologies (XML, XSLT, DHTML, HTML, JavaScript)
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft developer tools such as Visual Studio.NET, VSS, Visio and bug tracking software
• Experience in developing web based products
• Experience in technology mentoring and presentations skills
• CMMI processes
• Understanding of emerging tools and technologies such as VSTS, Longhorn and Indigo
• Ability to think out of the box and provide innovative inputs for product development and processes

• B.E. /B. Tech/M.E. /M. Tech in Engineering from reputed institutions/universities with an overall aggregate of 60% (From the branches of Computer Science, Electrical and Electronics, Electronics and Communications and Information Technology).

• 7-10 years of relevant experience
