Job Description:

  • To be part of the support team providing technical support.
  • Provide support by telephone to clients on issues relating to queries/problems about client products and the environments in which they operate.
  • Should be willing to work in international time zone.
Required Skills:
  • Understands and configures platforms.
  • Ability to discuss and assist clients in design and implementation of network/relational database/web server infrastructure issues.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
  • Willing to work in night shifts.
  • Good understanding of Windows Exchange.
  • Proficient in Networking concepts or databases or web technologies.
Education:
  • Bachelors degree from reputed institutions/universities.
Experience:
  • 1+ years of overall work experience
