Job Description:
- To be part of the support team providing technical support.
- Provide support by telephone to clients on issues relating to queries/problems about client products and the environments in which they operate.
- Should be willing to work in international time zone.
Required Skills:
- Understands and configures platforms.
- Ability to discuss and assist clients in design and implementation of network/relational database/web server infrastructure issues.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Willing to work in night shifts.
- Good understanding of Windows Exchange.
- Proficient in Networking concepts or databases or web technologies.
Education:
- Bachelors degree from reputed institutions/universities.
Experience:
- 1+ years of overall work experience
